Prioritize emptying water pumps over water tanks

When emptying water pumps, the beavers will start rearranging the water in the tanks, resulting in the pumps filling up and losing efficiency. Would it be possible to make them finish emptying the pumps, before they start rearranging the water?

build a hauler building and 'prioritize by hauler' or something like that; shouldn't be a problem after that

Beavers currently move water between storage tanks to try and fill them, rather than moving from a pump only.

Prioritize pumps and deprioritize water tanks, then beavers will start filling them. Check my suggestion, I tried to figure out what's happening there.

I agree with the OP, but I think much of the water movement between tanks can be avoided if you turn off the "request" amount of the building.
