Perhaps at some point along the road you can add a menu to look up things about the game, like what different buildings do exactly, what certain materials are and where they come from, information about different gamestates, etc.

Would be really nice and helpful to have a "Help Menue" or dictionary to search for functions and descriptions of game features. Would have helped me a lot in the beginning.
P.S. I like the game a lot and look forward for all the content to be :)

I'd like a logbook or something with searchable key words, and what building you need for that resource. I couldn't figure out where to get gears for a long time. They're under wood instead of metal.

As a new player (just tried it out this afternoon), I appreciate the tutorial, but I wish there was a way to look something up if I don't remember how to do it--either by hitting a back button in the tutorial to look things up, or (even better) some kind of searchable help function. I couldn't remember a detail of how gathering worked (I assumed I had to select bushes the way we select trees, which was wrong I think), and it would have saved me some frustration if I could've just gone back over the tutorial instead of searching for a button that didn't exist.

An almanac explaining the games features in a lore friendly way would be super helpful for beginner players (like myself), something that goes over the needs of beavers, describes the different items and buildings found in-game and explains some of the more abstract concepts like working hours.

it's sometimes difficult to know what a building exactly does or what the requirements are for building a certain type of structure. For example; what sort of irrigation the aquatic farm needs. I love the game and hope to enjoy it many more hours.

I find it sometimes hard to know what Function is for what purpose and why some buildings are needed and what they are needed for. some better explainations of the buildings would make it easier for me.
Also some pointers and some goal wold be nice, so I know that I should do or what should be done. the Toutorial isn´t really good enough for me. It dosen´t explain the icons and functions and what I should do so my beavers don´t die. For example the drought.

Need a help manual with more details on how to use some of the devices. For example, I have no clue what the water pumps that output water do or what purpose they might serve. Are these the tech faction's version of irrigation? Several other devices are less than obvious in their usage and/or optimal placement.

I really enjoy the game so far, but there are a few buildings that lack useful explanations that I think should be included into the game.
It would help the player understand how the buildings work.
(I spent a lot of resources building buildings I either didn't know how to use, or didn't need as they didn't do what i thought they did.)

- Gravity Battery: There is no explanation on how to use it. Does it connect to a building/energy generator? Does it need powershafts? So far I've just built it up high, but I've got no idea if they do anything useful up there.

- The Mechanical Water Pump: I was actually disapointed by this building. It was so expensive to unlock and it didn't collect water. Either explain to the player that it does not work like the regular water pump, where beevers will gather water or add the function to collect water from it.

It would be good to have a handbook/reference that one could access in-game - I planted a field of dandelions, not realizing that they are for medicine, not food. Similarly, having to check each type of water-related construction (food, water, storage, etc.) before finding dams is far less efficient than having an index. Finally, the icons within buildings are very small, and hovering over them in the construction menu doesn't always work - a manual would help with that.
