Upgraded Distribution Posts

Distribution Posts are invaluable for multi-district operations. Having a stronger distribution post that can allow larger transports at a time, over a longer range especially, would make the Distribution Post much more usable. At the moment, to get resources from my wood-production district to my metal, I have to transport it through two other distribution posts in other districts (making it 3x the number of beavers, and delays in between with transporting between Drop-off Points and Distribution Posts).
