Dynamite can be placed onto path tiles.
At the moment, the requirement for a road to build dynamite makes doing any kind of complex terraforming a real pain due to having to constantly redraw paths to give your beavers a route to lay the dynamite (and often losing access to some of the areas you're terraforming in the process). This could be streamlined altogether if dynamite could be placed directly onto road and destroy the road along with the block - given the roads are free I don't see a balance issue here and would result in great gains in less monitoring and clicks from the player.

Adam/ThePlumbumAye, I admit that was 2am brain reporting. I think the heart of the point is that dynamite in particular creates a *lot* of annoying micro the game would be better without in its current state.

David C BollingerI agree, when leveling an area more than I think it's 9 tiles wide, you need to place paths inside, let them build the dynamite, then remove the paths and place the last of the dynamite. For big jobs, this can require two or three phases of placement, and it can get a bit tedious. I decided to take one of the islands in thousand islands down to water level for easy farming, and it got to be a bit of a pain to get them to place all the dynamite.

Gin Fuyou AdminDavid C Bollinger, not really roads are required only when builders range without them doesn't reach. But again, it's valid point - during demo you could place any building over road, it was somewhat annoying, so devs probably changed it to another extreme.

I have to put the road place Dynamite? wait when in placed than remove the road and place Dynamite it ones more time on the deleted road and wait again.... (repeat few time if you want to blowup big area) -
