Irrigation channels
- Add irrigation channels that can carry water at floor level, being more specific about my idea what this channel would do its simply transport water from one place to other like were doing rn using explosives and they would irrigate the floor in the surroundings, this channels would be covered by a mesh that will act as a plataform to build/cross.
¿Why would this make sense?
Well, you can make them be in resonance with the game art style and also provide some advantages like for example longer irrigation range than just water on a hole or the advantage of not needing a worker like irrigation towers, also this channels would reduce the % of water that is evaporated (this would also make sense because they are partially covered) to make them worth more than long hole on the dirt.

Gin Fuyou AdminI don't really see why it would make sense, you just described bonuses that it will give to player, not why it would make game more interesting or appealing. You could as well suggest a lumber mill, that takes less power and produces more planks, that's not wrong, but doesn't bring anything really notable to your play.

KrufarIt would help with some simplicity. Channels can be made, by having a levee on both sides. But this takes 3 spots. So U shaped block that can hold water would be cool, also because you could construct aquaducts etc.
The bonusses are irrelevant. Just being able to build aquaduct would be awesome enough! -
