1 tile water dry out faster

Water could do a check if its in a 1x1 tile and is stagnant, it could then evaporate faster to balance out the over powered Water Dump irrigation.

SverreI suggest to rather add evaporation of water from all water AND irrigated tiles (taken from the closest water) This would make a 1x1x1 pond in the middle of a field evaporate much faster than a 1 deep lake. This can be balanced by adjusting base evaporation rate.
