Beavers shouldn't always sleep until sleep meter is full

When a beaver gets caught doing a job out far when the working hours ends, they end up getting back to the lodges late (even had one once make it back just as the sun came up), and then they stay there sleeping until the sleep meter is fully filled.

Just like we often do in real life, sometimes they should get up to go to work still tired/not fully rested. Other times, they oversleep/sleep in late. Should be random(ish). :)
