More partial solid roof

I want to propose that most factory should contain partial solid roof for making building transfer power easier and stack in many combination

As I made some sample for lumbermill and gear workshop

I guess problem is that removal of roof makes buildings less recognizable and incomplete-looking, but maybe it can be compensated by more roof types? Anyway, again I'm sympathizing with concern - we want more solid buildings.

I don't know how to explain but what I actually want is something like irregular mega factory tower. We could build a weird giant industrial pyramid stacking with a factory poking out jokingly but also functionally and logistically efficient
