Water Pressure
* Pressure from moving water, damaging or destroying buildings.
* Water pressure on water control structures and terrain, limiting the amount of water that can be held back. Levee and dam capacity can be high enough to not impact smaller use cases, but require very large water amounts to force more complex dam structures.

PsametikI was having a very similar thought about levee's, however I was thinking that the weight of the water being held might have a bigger impact on how one would build. Requiring either more Levee's to be build in front or behind, so that they aren't damaged or broken (also the longer one in the weaker it gets in the center?)
I'm not too sure how it would work, but the idea of additional challenges being opt-in would be a fun feature to keep gameplay fresh. More of a later development thought potentially?
