"Levee-Lodge" (feel free to suggest a better name)

Basically a lodge that would be more expensive than the regular lodge (and possibly cost more advanced materials), but that would block water flow just like levees. If the entrance was underwater it would count as submerged and not function, so you'd have to be careful how you use them.

In real-life, aren't beavers' lodge entrances always underwater? I don't see why the entrance being submerged should matter, you will pay a 'penalty' for houses like this because of the speed that beavers enter and exit them.

It matters because it's how game now decides something is flooded, that's why triple and double lodges can have first floor in water.
