(Another) Faction Idea: The Oak foot

Motto: "To grow, to survive"

(the idea is they retreated to the trees and collected rainwater until the rain stopped coming, which is when they start the game and climb down the tree)

Unique Abilities:
-Can grow massive trees that act as district centers, and are the only place you can build residences (treehouses)
-Has space efficient windpower and some industry compatible with the tree, though nothing too big
-Everything else happens on the ground like normal, but with slight resource penalties that can be overcome with research (stuck in trees so long they forget)
-HOWEVER!!! if their district center loses irrigation for more than a day, the tree will die, and it takes a while to regrow as punishment.

This is my least fleshed-out idea, though e-mail me on any of these I've posted if you want more ideas surrounding a specific suggestion.
