Priority for Non-Fruit bearing Trees.

Basically I would like an option or intelligence upgrade for woodcutters so that they will not cut down a tree that has resources to be gathered from it. Additionally give us an option to set a resource threshold, such as "if a chestnut tree has 50% or more progression towards bearing its resource, the woodcutter will treat that tree as lowest priority."

This addition would allow gatherers the time to collect from gatherable trees before they are cut down by woodcutters, increasing efficiency and reducing micro-management.
