Water wheels do not work after new experimental update

After the update the water wheels do not flow anymore. Instead of having power of 150 to 300 in a tight river they are now 80 only. The terrace map start location does not work anymore. Please review your patch. Your fix for a glitch broke the terrace map river.

+1. The 3 wide river at the top. One of my wheels at the side isn't moving at all despite water flowing underneath, the other is moving at 25hp in the middle of the river.

i have 2 water wheels running for 2 lumber mills. same problem, the water rushes past them instead of trough.

That might be a bug, or just not a good enough placement. If it's a bug, it may fix itself after a drought, or you could try placing levees to direct water to the wheels. Adjustments to water system will keep coming.

Yeah, it might be that we now need to force the water through the water wheels.
