New Faction - Carrot Munchers

A new faction focused on food more than wood or metal. This faction could have access to a new peaceable ground that would allow there to be stacked farms, allowing high density farming with room for other buildings on normal ground. To jump around water issues, water pumps with narrow tubes could go up the sides of the farms that would require power and a water supply to send up the tubes. Another idea to add to this faction are dwellings that are underground and only a require a 1x1 space so land can be saved for farms.
