Bug report : flow in dams [merge pending]

In the mechanic of the water flow, there is a problem in adjustable dam. the dam bloc always alow the same flow of water. when i put it in level 0 or 2,5 the flow is the same as if i've always 2,5

That's not a bug, it's just how water mechanic is implemented now. It might change later but for now it works as expected

Thank you for your answer, even if I find this management very simplistic, and enormously limiting the game.
