[Bug/feedback] 'Needs 2.0' confusing menu tooltips

(Playing experimental branch during release of Update 2, Golems).

Mouseover tooltips are somewhat confusing and need work.
See the picture below. Tooltips appear when mouse over respective graphs.

In Example A, it looks like an un-satisfied cattail-cracker need still gives walking speed boost.
I suggest graying out the text or making it a less vibrant green to signify that the need is not satisfied.

In example B, the beaver has food and shelter, but the tooltip still shows de-buffs in red as if the beaver is sick.

also, please consider expanding the 'Goals' menu to show the difference between 'work speed' and 'X-efficiencies'. This is not currently showed in the game.
