dirt excavator's drill head fell off - drill moves away from it's axel

The drill head appears to be out of alignment with the rest of the assets. I have no idea when or how it moved. It still spins when the machine is running, and stops when the golems leave.

I can confirm I had same issue. It's fixed by a reload but happens again, head moves sideways with time little by little. Strangely enough it happened on one exavator while two others were totally fine.

I noticed the same problem, but it seems that the displacement is constantly about 1/2 tile.

I built my excavators on the lowest level at the edge of the map. The rotor moves away from the drive shaft over time. After saving and exiting the game and continuing the saved game, the rotor will be centered again. Version: 0.4.8.1-7a7b717-xsw. Faction: Folktails. Map: Beaverome.
