Crash and Suggestions

A crash occurs with a PC config (W10) on two screens.
When running the game in editor mode on a screen and browsing the internet or watching a movie, the game freezes and crashes if you switch from one to the other.
To talk about something else: information giving the range in boxes of the selected district center and an option coloring the districts would it be possible?
