[vulkan-amdgpu-pro] Timberborn no longer launches

OS: Arch (Proton Experimental, GE-7-45, etc)

I'm not sure why, but for some reason I can no longer launch Timberborn. It was working just fine last night, but now it has decided it will no longer launch aside from the crash handler. Logs attached.

Have you tried different proton version? Sometimes one just doesn't work while earlier or later does. Given it says about native problem it's probably something before the game itself. I'm on Manjaro, not having problems so far - Proton 7.0-5

Unfortunately some time after I found this issue, I found it with other games in different forms, until I got an error from one that was usable. I am was not able to remove this post, so instead, I will say this - if on NVidia drivers, make sure you do not have the package vulkan-amdgpu-pro installed. It seriously messes up your system, and I apologise for making a bug report on something that turned out to be a system issue. I just particularly wanted to play Timberborn and found I couldn't across multiple versions of proton and linux kernels.
