[BUG] Terrain Block Priorities & Queue
I've been running into a bug with the terrain block and terraforming.
You can't terraform if the entirety of the area placed isn't within district reach. So even if some of the blocks are within reach and building those will bring others within reach it just gets stuck on "Construction is waiting for the construction behind to be finished" because for some reason it instead wants to build a different block that is way outside district range.
This happens even if it will eventually be in range once the ones that are in range are built. But it can't build the ones in range unless it builds the one it wants (which seems to be random). A vicious cycle.
I would guess that the order it builds the terrain blocks is in a queue, but that queue isn't flexible with which ones it prioritizes (like those within immediate range). Even using the in game priority marker doesn't seem to help.
If you want to terraform a large area you have to do it in very small chunks so it doesn't get stuck.

Gin Fuyou AdminNo, order is defined first of all by direction on arrows on blocks, it's specifically added so planning large terraforming areas is easier and doesn't stuck. On your screenshot direction looks opposite from what you want.

Sam@Gin Oh my gosh!!!!! I was about to report this as a bug as well. It is not explained well enough that your beavers will build in the direction the terrain blocks are facing. Until I read your comment I hadn't even thought about rotating the terrain blocks, and I have 195 hours in this great game! I'm glad it's not a bug but also I wish it were explained better. Hopefully you can add more text to the description of the terrain block to explain that the beavers will build terrain in the direction of the arrow on the block. I didn't even realize it was an arrow until you said it lol. I thought it was just a weird little graphic.

Gin Fuyou AdminThere is an notice on block that it's paused by block with arrow pointing to it, if you read in-game texts. But indeed I agree game lacking proper delivery of some of it's aspects, most notorious is that medicine is delivered only by medicine maker, I don't think it's even mentioned anywhere and totally out of game logic.

StormTAGThis is how I learned that the arrows represent build direction and are not just some kind of generic notifier for "terrain is getting built here."
