Stairs count as paths

surely level traversal squares should also count as valid paths?

They do count, and it's unlikely to be a bug, check if you have connection to the road itself?

What could be a bug is what is warehouse is placed on. There were bugs like that in the past, though we are not aware of them now. Could you please check again? Also if you are using mods, it can be the issues with modded (affected by mod) building
