Suggestion to change ruRU strings
I'd like to suggest changes to some strings to fix a wrong translation and improve the UI experience. Due to the post size limitation, in OP I will only give the suggestions. And once the topic is approved, I can add the rationale in the comments.
Suggested strings to change:

The strings above use Unicode symbols. I checked that they show correctly in the game.

IgorSo, here is the rationale for the changes:
1. Units in "WaterCurrent" are translated as "см/с", but it means "centimeters per second", which is wrong. Cubic meters never spelled as "см". It's either "куб.м" or "м³".
2. Units in "PowerSymbolPerFlow" are translated as "лс/куб.м/c", which is technically correct, but it's too long and not cute. "м³" (cubic meter) is a common shortcut to "куб.м".
3. The horsepower unit in "PowerCapacityPerMeter" and "PowerCapacitySymbol" is spelled as "л.с.", which is correct, but there is a shorter form: "лс". And instead of simbol "-", a symbol "⋅" would be more correct as it makes the unit look more similar to the SI syntax .
