Game always makes PC shut down

Every time I launch the game, my PC crashes and shuts down. It reaches the main menu and after a few seconds it just crashes. No warning, just full black out.
The specs of the PC are not an issue, I never experienced any issue with another game or program. I tried to uninstall / reinstall the game, I tried to clear the steam download cache. It does not change anything.
It happens every time I am unable to play the game at all.

Can you run any other CPU-intensive game or application?

Yes, I can use Unreal Engine 5 and play games like Sniper Elite or Hogwarts Legacy.
