Floodgates not letting water through as expected
Built a double flood gate. Figured this would work like a dam on top of a levee when set to 1.5. However it doesn't seem to be letting the water through at the same rate. Even when set to just 1 It's flooding over the top. I know 2 wide is enough for the flow because i've only got a 2 wide dam in my levee downstream.

philipov MergedI'm trying to use triple floodgates, but it keeps overflowing regardless of how open I make them. It seems like something is bugged with the water flow through them. Even deleting them completely doesn't change the water level until after the drought comes and goes.

WeatheroakI also have an issue where floodgates (triple in this case) that aren't yet built appear to be stopping water from flowing through them as though they were built.

FuryoftheStars@Weatheroak, that sounds like a different issue? The cases posted here the gate is already built.

VaxlHave the same problem with the 3 lvl floodgates. The water just dont overflow. it keeps jaming thew water behind it withoput rasing the water level there any higer. ( wanted to build a water reservoir for the droughts ) only if i pull the level at 1,5 it overflows at it should be. making them pretty useless there

sedna22I think I found the problem: this makes the floodgate count as a waterfall, and waterfalls have a smaller limit on maximum outflow. I wrote another bug report here: https://timberborn.featureupvote.com/suggestions/260107/double-floodgate-bug-max-waterfall-outflow-variable-limiting-flow
