Invasive plants - weeds: agriculture challenge

Species that adapted to harsh environment, resisting droughts and robbing away moisture from other vegetation.
Weeds take a lot of time to die from drought, and spread quickly on irrigated soil. They each plant produces effect opposite to beehive - it reduces growth speed of all land plants in range.

Idea is to give some challenge in controlling environment and some use to fences.
Another features is that weed die quickly when flooded as alternative to tedious clearing up with builders.

Weeds, resembling berry bushes but growing rapidly, they can destroy fields and forestries in days if not contained. However, if the player uses the weeds to their advantage, they can pick them for herbal teas, which grant very good speed and strength bonuses.
