Invasive plants - weeds: agriculture challenge
Species that adapted to harsh environment, resisting droughts and robbing away moisture from other vegetation.
Weeds take a lot of time to die from drought, and spread quickly on irrigated soil. They each plant produces effect opposite to beehive - it reduces growth speed of all land plants in range.
Idea is to give some challenge in controlling environment and some use to fences.
Another features is that weed die quickly when flooded as alternative to tedious clearing up with builders.

RanWithAPlan MergedWeeds, resembling berry bushes but growing rapidly, they can destroy fields and forestries in days if not contained. However, if the player uses the weeds to their advantage, they can pick them for herbal teas, which grant very good speed and strength bonuses.

Bucy MergedThe general idea is to add more challenges to the game like droughts and bad tides. I had an idea thinking about the challenges that can confront gardeners and imagined that multiplied by Bad Water. So, the flora on the map (flora is any type of plant) has a chance of being corrupted by Bad Water and mutating into a plant that spreads and kills crops, trees, and even damages infrastructure (if that is considered workable and balanced). It can happen to any wild flora (or maybe even cultivated flora if the devs test it and like that).
Please post your thoughts. I'd love to read variations on this idea. -
