Arrow and WASD keys fail after screen switch

On mac, if I'm in the game and use ctrl-left arrow to switch screens back to my main view (check on emails, texts, etc) and then use ctrl-right arrow to go back, sometimes the movement keys will stop working. I can still use the middle mouse button, but if I want the keys to work again, I have to quit to desktop and reload.

I have also experienced this on the latest experimental branch. This was on Windows, though.
