Save based on game time, and save settings.

I'd like to see an option within the game settings to switch saving to use game time instead of real time. To save at the stroke of morning every x amount of game days. I'd also like to see settings in the game its self, to specify how often, and how many auto saves you keep. This includes for the settings of real time based saving too.

I think saving based on in-game events, like the population passing certain milestones, would also be useful as it would approximate how advanced your civilisation is.
