GPU/CPU Power idle-mode: limit FPS when game is on pause

i pause the game, no move etc... and the power of CPU/GPU is still very high!
there is no reason to update by over 60fps, there can be break down to 10 or less

I don't remember games limiting FPS in pause mode, but it looks it might be simple in unity, so I guess it's a suggestion for consideration.
Regarding CPU - i've checked, load drops in pause, I'm not sure it worth trying to cut it even lower, unless there are cases when it's unreasonably high.
