distribution post efficiency (faster distribution)
Seems like distribution posts (maybe haulers in general?) move things very slowly.
If I have 1 district for generating food, and another for generating wood, I feel I should be able to trade enough back and forth. In reality I can't rely upon enough goods transiting to keep both districts functioning.
Teching up to 'better hauling' would be ideal, for instance researching wheel barrows or wagons. I would support having to build a bit more infrastructure to support efficient enough hauling.
This could also allow the game mechanics to double down on separate supply chains.

MartinWould help if beavers carried in both directions, e.g. "take some food over to the logging camp and bring back their excess logs". Maybe also "just head over to the logging camp and bring back their excess logs". Probably this needs some care for long round trips, e.g. grab a snack and maybe sleep at the far end.

Lluth MergedI am playing on "Craters" and I have a central district that is an item transfer hub, but I can't get logs and biofuel transfered fast enough to keep up with demand and the bottleneck is the district transfer station at district crossings. I have them maxed out at 10 bots on both sides of the district. another way to go maybe would be item focus. Set priorities on which items you want to transfer first.
Also, Great game! -
