Medicine and Injury requirement being reduced
I feel like the factories cause alot of injuries which is fine but it might be cool if the cost could be changed so they dont get injuried as much.
Like add a building that you need to place in the industial area like a health and dafety office. No power but range is decided by number of workers. factory building in the range are 20% slow by default and injuries are like 50% - 80% less likely.
This way less people are getting injuries so less medicine buildings. but it still cost more works to set up this H&S building and run it. because of the less effiency you will need more factories to keep up with demand. dandelions ground could be used for food. it would still require you to worry about injuries but not as heavily.
Don't know how balanced it would be but at them moment my beavers lack the ability to learn and 20% are always injured.

Gin Fuyou AdminYes, I think current rate is a little too high.
I'd also suggest changing rate with working hours - more than 16 hours increase chance to get hurt in same time frame, while shorter work shift reduces it. -

AndaraI think the chance to be hurt should maybe be connected to how much they slept or how much basic needs are filled? (you are not beeing careful if you are tired)
