Beavers stuck at pile or warehouse re-arranging (take and put back) logs or other items
Builders are stuck at entrance of Large Pile (Logs), just standing there and picking up and dropping off logs for the whole workday, when the next building in the queue is a Large Warehouse, that was set to Empty instead of Accept Goods preemptively before completion. Other buildings in the queue are not being built because of this either.
I guess this is very logical in the code (not transporting goods to a storage set to empty), just a missed edgecase to only apply this logic after the completion of a storage.

in my current game with folk tails in experimental mode I have recently opened my 2. district. There I have a strange situation with some or all of my builders standing in front of one log pile or the other, picking up one or two logs and putting them back immediately. This is repeated until the end of the beavers working time and even keeps them from starting new building tasks.
I'll also send send a save game for you to see the behaviour to logs@mechanistry.com
The beavers behave the same after closing the game and restarting the save. -

Steven MergedI had four log piles around the map and multiple buildings that needed built but the 4 building beaver from the Town Center would just get stuck in the log piles picking up logs and putting them right back down in the pile.
1. They made no progress on any buildings.
2. trying to disable or delete a log pile just caused them to go to another one and do the same thing.
3. Emptying a log pile would cause them to move all the logs to another pile and then have the same issue there.
4. Emptying a log pile while there is no where to move the logs would cause the pile to empty and the logs to disappear. -

DutchPro MergedBasically for some reason around 10 beavers are constantly putting in and taking out resources. I had this happen to grilled potatos and bread so far.
It hovers between 30-180 and they literally just stand there.

Giedrius MergedI have updated game and started new game. I now have two districts and in the second I have large pile. When it started to fill up I deleted path of second district and placed path to first to empty this pile. After that I switched paths back and now this happens: https://youtu.be/wis1KoDxtq0
Beavers from first district comes to the same pile, takes goods and instantly places back. This repeats constantly. -

Mathyell Mergedhave the same bug again (save file in your inbox) - this time in the main version of the game (not experimental). By now I did observe this erratic behaviour only in a new district - for some reason my beavers in the home district have a better work organization.

Charles Ferguson MergedPlaying with the experimental branch (which is probably the same as the regular branch) I've twice seen problems with the log pile filling/emptying. The symptom is a (or multiple, I'm not sure) beaver will go to the log pile and the number on the pile will rapidly increase and decrease +/- 15 or so. This has happened both with the small pile and the medium pile - once I saw it with logs and once I saw it with planks.
I tried to capture a video of it happening - it didn't quite capture the insanity, as the numbers in reality changed many more times per second than is visible here. The beavers wouldn't leave. I tried pausing all the woodcutter flags, and pausing the district center, but this didn't stop things. Eventually night fell, and the beavers left.

JackofKell MergedOn the latest update, when I have storage between two districts both attempt to take from that storage. BOTH districts send beavers to take from the storage. But only one can. So it happens that there is a long line of bevers that just stand there repetitively taking and putting back inventory.

Phoenix MergedIf game runs long, beavers go to Mid warehouse take explosives out then put it back. It make lots of beavers come and go, but do nothing.

One Distribution post in this district with four instances of metal blocks at 0 - infinite ratio.
The industrial pile the metal blocks are being transferred between are in the same district.
There are two hauling posts, one regular beavers and one bots. -

When asking transporters to ''fill'' a storage, they will start frantically pick the ressource and put it back very fast. Happened with carrots, scrap metal, maby more that I haven't noticed.
It's like they think ''I must feed this storage. I will pick ressources from here and put it in this storage.''
But ''source'' and ''deposit'' is the same storage.
Currently this bug is happening with a storage for which I change pathway to a different district. Maby that helps figuring what's wrong.
Update : The guilty transporters seems to be comming from the wrong, nextby district. -

MergedAfter having selected the "Empty" options on the Medium Warehouse, when switching back to "Accept" delivering Beavers can get stuck in the doorway constantly rearranging the items (has happened with both logs and planks). The only way to "fix" the glitch in-game is to set it to "empty" and that will clear the stuck beavers. However, this reduces the versatility of the Medium Warehouse compared to the apparent design.

StacyStarted for me yesterday. Builders won't build anything that requires logs or planks because they get stuck grabbing the materials.
