Rooftop terrace and campfire are very much underpowered.

On 200 pops i have 10 rooftop terraces and it is not even half of max happiness. Campfire is even worse as it take space on the ground and nothing can be built on top of it.

All other needs bar fills relatively fast, but rooftop and campfire fills REALLY slow.
Is that intended or a number bug? -

ZackIf nothing else, please add (probably to the happiness screen) something telling me *how many* terraces, campfires, lidos, etc. I would need to build in each district to max out each aspect of happiness. That would make city planning much easier.
