Dynamic rotation of ruins in map editor
In addition to the "Shuffle model" button for ruins, it would be great to have a "Rotate" button to manipulate ruins after they've been placed. This would let the map maker pick the model and then rotate it for more variation in the structure's appearance. At the moment, makers need to choose the height, then place it, click repeatedly to find the model, then start all over if the rotation is too jarring next to a similar model.

Jamie CAll items should have the rotate ability after placement in the Map Editor. And while I am here, I will mention that the Confirm Delete message is not needed in the Map Editor as well.
