Quality of Life requests

There are currently three mods that I hope you would add into the normal gameplay:
1) Curved staircases, because the straight stairs require bulky and awkward constructions.
2) Power lines that can be constructed straight up and down, for the same reason as the stairs.
3) Automatic pump and floodgate controls, though I'd like to see a building with a worker to handle this function. Don't tell me these beavers who have figured out electricity and explosives can't handle flipping a few more switches on their own! :-p
