Game [Redacted]
Everytime I get game running successfully some bug comes along and keeps me from accessing it. Today there was an update and guess what, previous games may not be compatible. Are you serious? Why would anyone want to keep playing this game when the designers keep wiping out their progress? Why can't the designers get their [redacted] together and provide updates without killing previous games? I'm pretty much done with Timberborn at this point

Gin Fuyou AdminFirst of all what bugs that stopped access to the game you've encountered? I don't see any bugs report from your account, and I'm not aware of any mass bugs like this in this update (some more rare were fixed). There is a number of non game-breaking bugs, that are going to be fixed eventually.

Yes, it *may* be not compatible, but it probably IS compatible, and you can roll back to older version if you want to keep playing without changes.

Maybe because players like the game and how it developed? Like 16000+ Steam players who gave positive reviews?
Game is in an Early Access so it MUST change. If you were not ready for that you probably should request a refund, but that's up to store where you got it.
Personally I find current updates policy as very player-friendly.
