Better Transport between districts

Maybe i just didnt found the option, where i can give pro to an item, but my biggest problem is, that i have one District between the 2 districts i want to share the logs. the one is farming the logs and the other one is my "Industry"
My Problem is, that the Hauler doesnt priorise the logs and i have a lot logs, but in the wrong district.
