Construction lacks materials - doesnt count rubble
I've got pine resin as rubble in the middle of town next to a road. It doesn't get picked up for an ongoing construction requiring pine resin (Observatory). I do not have a warehouse for pine resin.
Not sure if it is intended, but as it is now I need to build a warehouse, have the pine resin picked up and delivered to the warehouse, to then deliver it to the building.

This is one that I experience the most and it is incredibly frustrating. I have countless piles of rubble containing logs, planks, and more, yet they are ignored simply because my containers are full of those resources. -

Shaddybeaver's should be able to haul resources directly from rubble piles to construction projects! I am constantly building temporary platforms and stairs in order to reach areas and then demolishing them over and over and the rubble has to be taken to storage and then they bring the same resources back. It makes no sense and it wastes a lot of time.
