Show maps total water and badwater source strenght in map browser and editor

Just a simple fix of if I click a water/ Bad water generating tile that I can see the map setting for how much output it gives in game. Some maps give a lot per tile, others little it'd be nice to know so I can adjust my strategy on custom and default maps without guessing.
