U7: Aquifer Block for Map-Building

With the introduction of 3d-Terrain in Update 7, I find it very tempting to place underground rivers on maps. However, the currently available 'natural overhangs' aren't really suitable for that purpose, because their solid end makes them rather clunky for smaller, curved underground rivers. Also, the natural overhangs make it more complicated for players to access the underground water via dynamite.

I would really like to see a 'natural' block placeable in the map editor that basically behaves like the standard platform that players can build: Water can flow through it but you can place dirt blocks on it.

Ideally, you could place this block directly in a layer of terrain without need to remove the layers above them first. This would make the addition of underground rivers to already existing maps way easier.

I think this rather small addition would lead to some great new maps that fully utilize the potential of the new water/irrigation-physiscs of Update 6 and 7!
