Use of world and space
Love the game, but I think there are a few too many one building solutions that don't make you use and change the environment around you. Building reservoirs and the gravity battery are the only ones I can think of and I enjoyed the challenge of sorting those immensely.
Windmills need to be elevated; purify bad water by running it through a multilayer reservoir; there could be environmental factors the beavers like, like having the grass growing around them even if there's no need for irrigation, or they prefer to be in a valley; a town centre where certain buildings work better Perhaps if you dig down there's more water sources and you could raise the water table; some sort of bonus to discovering and using more area and making it a pleasant environment like insects and other animals move back in to the surroundings.
I'm sure there's lots of people with better suggestions than those, just anything that forces you to utilise your surroundings past bare survival to thrive.

Joonatan SaarheloYes, more reasons to build huge water contraptions are sorely needed. Maybe wastewater treatment should be a project for large colonies?
