Update Agora sounds

I believe that Agora still has sounds from when it was supposed to be a temple. When you are next to it, you hear something akin to beavers praying together. But these days Agora is supposed to be a place for discussions, so it should sound more like multiple beavers speaking over each other, not as if they are joined in prayer.
