Game pauses when rotating view to the right

This is a low stakes but annoying bug: Whenever I rotate the camera view to the right (E), the game pauses. Doesn't pause rotating to the left, but only to the right.

2023 MacBook Pro, OSX 14.6.1
No mods currently running
Not sure what other information could be helpful but I'm happy to supply it.

kreegCheck your keybinds and confirm if you are using E for both pausing and rotating, or reset your keybinds and see if the issue stops.

KodamasaYou were right. I didn't see that pause was also . which I had used as a secondary keybind for rotate right. Would that cause E to also pause the game?
