Relay Negate-able Inputs - Boolean Canonical Normal Forms

I love and wasn't expecting the new multi-input relays in 1.1 experimental. However, if going that far, the ultimate logical evolution is to fully allow boolean canonical normal form clauses within one relay. This would save a NOT relay per sensor, and the only necessary addition would be to provide a toggle for each input to allow it to be negated.
