Yhoko MergedHere are both types of "water wedges", which looks as if the dam could break any time: https://gallery.yhoko.com/pic/d9pt1/waterbug.jpg

NullPointer MergedIf you build dams diagonal there is a visual bug with the water showing on the side after the dam even if there is no water flowing through. Might only happen if the terrain is one elevation lower after the dam. @Mods Save game available if needed.

BowflingerThis is not just a visual/display bug.
Water also ignores the distance to land when it is only diagonally connected.

Both sides have the same height. As you can see, even the top of the walls is too far away to get irrigated. Consequentially the right side is also not irrigated, since its distance from the water is even further ( all the way up AND all the way down).
However, the left side gets irrigated, because diagonals ignore all that and pretend to be right next to the farmland. -

Cyclops MergedI have noticed that when you have a dam that contains water, if you build it diagonally the blocks have a leaking effect between them. However, I did not notice that effect actually loosing any accumulated water from the dam.
To avoid any leakage I have built the blocks at 90 degrees, which makes sense to strengthen the wall.
I think it would be cool if the water would actually be leaking from the dam as the higher it got the more pressure it would be under. That way it would make sense to reinforce the dam like this. -

Tyler MergedWhen an underground warehouse is placed on ground next to water (in my game it is next to the main river) water can be seen in the corner of the warehouse.

Gin Fuyou Admin MergedConfirmed the problem, but it's same issue as the "leaking" levees. Should be fixed eventually, thanks for report!

Mr. Bear MergedWhen levies are placed on a diagonal water will appear to leak though. The leaked water also does not pool or flow as normal. For example, the empty square at the bottom of the leak does not fill up with water. (See attached).
Also, unrelated to the leak. Please consider adding dam valve that can be placed at the bottom of the dam. This would be a great late game metal part that can be used to more precisely control flow. This part could have levies stacked on top of it. Thanks! -
