Option for sound-notification for births/grow up/deaths and other alerts
In the early game the death or growing up of a beaver really makes a difference so it would be nice to be able to turn on a sound-notification of these events.
Banished has something similar.

Darren OnwilerThis is huge! I wasn't paying attention, had my water pumps paused, and killed off all my adults due to no water. My, fault but I didn't realize it until it was too late. A selectable audio warning about deaths probably would have alerted me sooner.

Daniel MergedTo improve the feedback players get to certain events. Audio sound effects or "Beaver voice lines" can play whenever a minor event happened. A few examples:
Audio cues for:
> water supplies running low
> Food supplies low
> Nothing to do in range (gathering posts have no lumber/berries/etc)
> water threshold at Stream gauge reached (threshold configurable in building menu)
Audio cues or voice lines that play after several seconds/minutes of:
> a building is unreachable/no road connected
> Building has no workers
> power outages
This audio system would work in sync with the existing notifications on the red window on the left side.
Creatively speaking, these audio cues could be in the form of beaver voice lines, building related SFX, wooden chimes, etc... In the beginning these could be simple default chimes, but as the game gets more polished there could be an increased diversity of SFX -
