Violently changing water physics bug
Moments before this screenshot the area on the other side was totally flooded, and as you can see now it's pretty dry again. This erratic water physics behavior has been there for the last day or two, but I don't think I experienced it last week. The water level on this side was the same before, during, and after it was flooded, and on the other side there's a dam and only one actually working pump, so it doesn't make sense for it to run out. Many beavers died to bring you this information.

FuryoftheStarsYup, I had similar occur. One moment it's flooded, the next it's almost dry, and yet I haven't touched or adjusted the floodgates at all.

CalumDid the same to me. was working perfectly fine then flooded my main "city" even though I hadn't changed any settings on floodgates etc. Did not realise this had happened (was in a completely different area and did not notice the flood notifications) when I came back to the main city ALL 92 Beavers I had in that District had disappeared *NOT DIED*

Doug MergedAfter 50 hours of playtime my floodgates stopped operating as normal and will cause a slosh in the over all water level. So where as, say, a dam at .5, will retain .5, and the rest of the water will flow over, a floodgate set to .5 will cause an on/off flooding/starving flow issue. This didn't start happening until about 30 hours in, and specifically after I had placed my 3rd set of lv3 floodgates up river. Droughts do not reset effect.
So it was:
lv 3 flood gate, dam,
lv 3 floodgate, dam,
lv 2 flood gate, lv 2 flood gate, dam, level 2 floodgate, dam.
This sloshing effect seems to ignore all of them, and seems to start at the water source blocks. When I would block the first floodgate, it would still course over a relief dam to the side.
Also issue seems to be game-wide, started a new game, everything fine, until I set down my first floodgates, sloshing began immediately. -
