Audio settings does not retain when output changes

When the output device changes, the master volume changes back to default level. But visually indicates the expected volume level in the settings.
Version: v20210918-14def9e-sm
OS: Mac Catalina 10.15.5
Steps to reproduce
1. Change in-game master volume to 10%
2. Connect to bluetooth earpiece
3. Disconnect earpiece

ChaosSame problem, over a few game-version.
Only tested it with switch from bluetooth to speakers.
Problem solves itself by changing the audiolevel.
