Idea for a new faction

I love your game and I've got a concept for a new faction. A water centrique one. Some of the thing they might have:
+ move faster on flooded/underwater path
+ unique structure : a hydroponic farm/building. (takes water and makes food)
+ unique structure : inductrial water storage (solid)
+ unique structure : to reproduce an underwater one (named waterbed)
+ unique structure : a decoration/monument that is a water fountain
+ unique structure : irragation pipes that can water soil but in a small range.
+ unique structure : a juicer that can conver berries into juice*
* Juice satisfies thirst but can't be put into a water dump.(this is probably a bad idea)
+ can craft soil/ground blocks.
+ have access to a crop that must be build on water or underwater (like water lilies)
+ Some of their building still function when flooded (only less well) (maybe just those that don't use/produce power)
- Uses more water per beaver.
Unlock by having 10 000 units of water in storage.
