new Faction idea and and new food

Riverpaws ( reference intended ) gets bonuses for living on water in 3x3 floating houses. Can use Archimedes corkscrews to transport water upwards into ditches or just to make an area slightly more green.

If a river is unobstructed ( waterwheel, pump, etc) they can build Log Driver stations which stores 50 "TREES" that then get transported downstream to a Faction only riverside built Sawmill that gives x2 for every log made this way. They can also build floating farmland (cost of 1x1 maybe 20 blocks of metal and 20 logs) which can be connected via roads ( build on water they cost logs that are in fact BARRELS) no irrigation needed unless TOTAL Drought.
