Regenerative Agriculture / Foliage-based Groundwater Retention

In real life, different levels of vegetation lead to different amounts of water being held and absorbed into the ground: the less sunlight hits it, the more water is absorbed & retained. In this way, places like the Amazon "create" their humid climate. This is part of why Regenerative Agriculture is taking off in drought-prone regions (see Great Green Wall). As Timberborn focuses so heavily on water retention, I feel this is a must-have for a 'green' faction like Folktails.

Possible Changes&Outcomes:
- Shaded areas (water or soil beneath or bordering a tree, or under a bush) dry more slowly, and can more efficiently 'absorb' floodwater, moderating their effects somewhat.
- ^Following this, it would take longer droughts to dry a heavily forested region.
- Till vs No-Till Farming. Tilled soil dries or erodes faster than non-tilled.
- Some kind of groundwater-level calculation, rather than wet/dry binary that appears ingame.
